Secondary air pump fix?

    interesting. this is the first i have seen of water collecting in the bottom. If i get some time this weekend ill have a look at my pump!

    Will do. I might have some time on Sunday to have a look. I don't typically get any water up in the engine bay of my truck, and the tundra location is faaar more out in the elements so I doubt I'll see any water in mine. But for curiosity and peace of mind I shall have a look-see!

    The video in post #1 focuses on a Tundra 5.7L V8. Pic below of the 2 sections(made of rubber) that he pokes a hole in for water to drain out of . Further down is a partsouq.com URL pointer to an air injection diagram for this 5.7 - taken from a 2017 model. The 2 rubber tubs are easy to spot.

    Just past that URL is one for a 2015 4.0L V6 Tacoma. Looks similar - just has 1 rubber tub(my language)

    I liked the part removing that fuse to clear the code.
