    Too few to list.
Search for it used on E-bay or the likes. I doubt the fan blades will be sold separately.

They dont always go that early. I am about to cross 90k and no issues. Checked my foam last fall and it looked perfect(but I dont think UNI replacement is a bad idea).

That impeller has to come off. There is a screw on the center of it. Like all pumps that screw is lefty tighty and righty loosey. They do that so the impeller doesn't just fly off if there is back spin.
Get it off and make a new one from a 3d printer. I am sure it can be done.

While he's at it, why not just 3d print an entirely new pump. I'm sure it can be done.

I replaced mine with the Uni last weekend. 2013 with 85,000 on her. The foam still appeared to be in good shape, although it did feel a little stiff around the edges.
    Super easy to do.
Would prefer to remove all that emissions stuff anyway...

Did mine when I got home from work.
    2012 4.0 with 32 k on the clock.
Foam looked good, but as mentioned earlier, little funky on the edges.
Filter took all of 2 minutes to do.

Cool...I never thought about it till I recieved mine and it said on the package to use the oil for best performance. Then my OCD kicked in and thats when I had to ask!

Another 2012 V6 owner that freaked out after reading this thread and did the filter mod at 88,000 miles. Foam removed looked fine as did fan blades.

I've done the filter mod too, but I think the filter failure is probably quite rare and very dependent on the environment the truck is in. It is an easy and cheap mod at least.

The larger issue is the valves on the 2012 which seems to be a quite frequent occurrence.

We've got one or maybe two reports at most here on TW of filter failures while valve failures I've lost count of but probably close to fifty?

One remaining concern I have with the filter mod is I suspect the filtering efficiency of the two filters is drastically different. The OEM has enormous depth as it is a big block of foam while the UP-107 is just a fraction of an inch thick. No idea how that may or may not affect the downstream cats.

Fifty sounds more worrisome than two. Thanks to TW, I will likely know what is going on if my valves fail tripping the dreaded codes.

My truck was in the desert for 2.5 years and now 2.5 years with some high humidity so environment has changed.

Maybe we need to take an actual count of the valve failures here... i know it has to be more than 50- mine just failed last month right around 50k miles

That would be useful. My post should have read "at least fifty". There is more than one thread on TW about this problem so reports are also spread around a bit. One could also look for NHTSA complaints as well.

yeah i filled out a NHTSA complaint- these codes popped up on me while i was on the freeway and started into limp mode- luckily i cleared with ultragauge but still could have been an issue if there had been more traffic
