    Is it normal for this light to blink? I honestly never paid attention to it. It does go out when I start the truck. Thanks for putting up with maybe a stupid question. I looked in the manual pages 78 & 88 but not much help.

    Anyone know if it's possible to disable/unplug this light, beyond the electric tape method? I sit around in the dark a lot with the ignition off and the flashing light gets on my nerves.
