    I'd take $40 for it plus actual shipping, it's realatively heavy and would be 18-26 shipped depending where you are in the US. At 20-25 bucks I'd either keep it and throw it on the wife's 4Runner or donate to a buddy.

    Should fit the TRD seats. The covers are two pieces so I would think it would work on either, but my seats did not fold flat. I would check with Manf. to be certain. They do have the flap for the airbags.
