i hope Toyota gets these problems resolved. In the mean time, if you plan to purchase a new taco in 2916 I would suggest that you get it financed through Toyota. They have pretty good rates for those with good credit. Reason I am saying this is because if you experience problems with your new truck and the dealer and Toyota is jerking around after you have made every reasonable attempt to
get the issue resolved then I would just take it back to the dealer and leave it there. The point I am making here is if Toyota figures you are financing the truck with them and you stop making those monthly payments then I would think they would be more incline to get the issue(s) resolved quickly. Now for those of you who are paying cash you could still finance it and say drive it for 10,000 to 15,000 miles and if you are satisfied go ahead and pay it off. Trust me, Toyota would rather have a happy customer who financed through them. If you financed through another source then Toyota has all of its money and you will just be told to stand in line we we get around to you. Thoughts!!!!

except Toyota doesnt really care about that. They get all the money you paid already, and the repo is easy, its on thier lot. They resale it and make even more money.

Best fight back is to file BBB claims, yelp, etc.... Name slander on social media is VERY powerful.

I forgot to mention this would only apply if you followed the Lemon laws in accordance to your state. And no I am not a Trol I see a lot of problems with these trucks which could be expected for a first year new design. I also see a lot of people on here who have been experiencing problems with dealerships and Toyota getting the issues resolved. I mean if I am going to spend 40,000 plus for a truck I don't want to be taking it back and fourth to the dealership for problems just to be told oh that is normal or we test drove it and we could not find any problems. TIME is MONEY.

I'm guessing it comes with a Mr. Fusion.

on topic, what other problems are you seeing? The small subset of TW members doesn't represent the entire market as a whole.

Miss your monthly payment twice and a tow truck will come to repo it. Toyota Financial acts like a bank and they don't dick around.

I plan on putting minimum down anyway. Let him repo it. And yes he will resale the problem to someone else. Bottom line here Is I will stop all payments to Toyota
If they want to sue me find....as long as I have documented and followed the states lemon law procedures I am talking about extreme circumstances here. I am not talking about problems such as low transmission fluid or wind noise when driving I sure everyone's situation is different but I can take a loss and still keep on ticking. I am just not going to pay 40,000 plus to be driving around and with the fucking steering shaking and have the dealership and Toyota blow me off

Come and gets this piece of shit. Matter of fact they won't have to. I just drive it to the dealership and drop it off. Save them some tow fees. No headaches no worries no monthly payments.

Dude, go to a different dealer. Sounds like tires/balance issue to me. Don't fuck up your credit just to spite Toyota. The only loser in that battle is going to be you.
