Whatsup fellas, I'm currently deployed out in Africa and am trying to plan out some things that I need done to my truck as soon as I get back. Right before I left there was a hit and run on my truck while it was parked, I had no time to go about fixing it. Its going to need a new front bumper and I was looking into getting a lift, wheels, & tires at the same time since it already needs new tires. I need recommendations on what I should get, also where I should get this done. Im talking to an auto body shop right now and the owner said he has no problem installing the bumper for me. Also, looking to buy some quality parts but trying to keep it at or around 3k for the parts. Ive got the headlights already. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!

I would suggest starting out with the bilstein 5100's and the proper ome, toytech, or eibach spring to support your added weight and lift.
Or just put kings on it with 700 lb spirings and pm @AccuTune Offroad

    Agree with this.

OP, 5100's would give you a better feeling ride than you likely have now, but are economical.
For a replacement bumper, have you considered aluminum? It's a little more expensive, but it's a lot lighter. If you're not doing a ton of winching or habitually causing accidents, it's something to consider.

Sweet bumper, but how to blow the budget. Then again, replace the bumper, and it's done.
The biggest issue for OP is the lead times. I was looking at a CBI aluminum bumper for my gen 3, but they list 14+ week lead times, but it seems to be 6 month lead times in reality.
I need to see if I can find more photos of the Demello on a gen3.

I have sliders, a skid (aluminum), and an RSI cap. So that's already 400 pounds on a DCLB, hence really cautious about adding any more weight. No hardcore off-roading, more along the lines of back roads, but the winch is good to get my sorry solo butt home when I do something stupid. Early days were a come along.

OP - Africa? We need to know the story on his one.

I considered lead times, but since he's still deployed, they may not be as important.
And weight, yep, it all adds up.

edit: And yeah, we have a lot of people in Africa. Some stuff is really neat, some is mind-numbingly boring.

CBI bed rack and sliders, Backwoods Adventure Mods front and rear bumpers, etc. And some stickers.
I went with the Backwoods Adventure bumper (https://backwoodsadventuremods.com/), super light. But yeah, that blows a lot of the budget regardless of who you go with. Just doing tires and the 5100's and bumper? Might get you close.

Will message them for sure! What kinda wheel/tire setup do you recommend? Im not too concerned on filling up the travel space too much with 33’s..

    Tacomabeast doesn’t make anything; they’re a reseller.

Which bumper are you looking at?

Would just skip the body shop and get a suspension shop to install everything. That fender and headlamp is easy to replace.

You’ll also need to spend more than 3k if you want...
    Bumper $1200, probably more
    Wheels $800 or so
    Tires $800 or so
    Suspension $600-$1200
Install $1000, lift kit install, bumper install, tire mount and balance
