Here is a pic of my stock leaf pack in an unloaded truck. I'm bottoming out going over railroad tracks! The pack lost its will to live on White Rim Road. I'm patiently waiting for my call from the shop that my 112s are ready to go...IMG_5798.jpg

Hopefully more guys chime in, I've helped a hell of a lot of guys on here to get into the leaf springs alone, and the full suspension also, so there should be a lot of resources. Until I was tagged in this thread though, I didn't see it, so not everyone else will either.

Based on what the OP listed he's doing with his truck, I'd go with the 112's no doubt.

Just dropped off the truck for the Dobinson 112R leaf pack (and Bilstein 6112/5160) install. Hope to have after pictures soon!

I have 111R's w/ super bumps and Toytec Boss struts. Topper picture is probably ~800lbs and camper picture is ~1400lbs. With the camper I still have about 2 inches before hitting the bumps. I installed this March and have about 10k miles now and honestly impressed, they handle the weight very well and are still compliant off road. Truck feels slightly too stiff with no weight in the back, but it's rare that it's empty.

If you want any of your stock parts back make sure to specify, otherwise they will keep them.

Got the truck back today!!! I was worried about the 112s being crazy firm, but it isn't too bad unloaded, but it did need shims to get rid of the vibes. Bilstein 6112/5160 are pretty :) Super excited!

@Crikeymike Any word on when the PB59-1101K Bushings kit will be back in stock? I messed up and started the project, was going to use factory bushings, but ruined them taking them out. My truck is on stands in the driveway! At least I work from home, and live next to the grocery store. Please say you're getting them tomorrow lol

Hey dude. I just installed my kit and used the original rubber bushings for the truck side of the rear shackles. If you just need two of the bushings, I'd be happy to send my leftovers to you if you cover the shipping cost.

They're arriving tomorrow and that's a lie. It's not going to be soon enough, few more weeks still. Just buy OE Toyota if you're needing to put it back together real quick.
