Seeking name of USB Panel in Snugtop

Hello, I have a 2016 Tacoma. I recently sold my Snugtop and purchased a camper that fits in my truck bed, however I still have a line run from my battery for the USB panel that was in the tacoma and want to use the panel to charge USB devices. I'm looking to purchase another of these panels that plugs into the same 6 pin still wired through my truck, but cannot find the correct name for the item or where to purchase online. Below I have included a picture of what I'm referring to. Any help would be great!

Hey OP did you figure this out? My USB & fuse panel has shorted out and I need a replacement.

Update: After about a year of searching a local dealer emailed me and told me they had one left in stock. This was yesterday, one day after I posted here. I picked it up and I actually ordered one from Spokane as well so now I have a spare. Ug... snugtop what a mess.
