Seized LCA adjustment cams

Who has knowledge for options about my lower control arms? Front cams/bushings are seized on both sides. I hear it’s an absolute pain to replace the bushing/sleeve/cam assembly. Some say to cut off entire arm and replace ($450 each)

I do have a 12ton press and a torch if it comes down to fighting out old hardware. But it also seems difficult to even find bushing assembly for 2016+

Any information appreciated
