    Hello,

I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing what size and how big of a tire I can run on my truck. I currently have 275/70/17 on my truck with a 4" lift. My question is how big of a tire can I put on without any rubbing issues? I was wanting to go with at least a 285/70/17, but maybe this wouldn't make much of a difference.

I was wanting to go with with the Toyo Open Country R/T for the best of both worlds. Any other suggestions or preferences out there?

    Thanks

I have a set of Toyo M/T that I love. Heavy tire but worth it. You may have to trim to fit 285/70/17's Depending on what wheels you're running (backspacing and offset) but ultimately it is certainly possible without too much effort.

These are 285/70/17 and I've had very few rubbing issues in daily driving. Offroad they almost certainly will rub though over any kind of flexy terrain
