I personally have encountered "hard to please" members more times than I would like, you know the character of person I'm talking about- the Karens and Richards. You list something in good faith only to have the person DEMAND! refund for whatever reason, sometimes even after using it. These people have become accustomed to large corporate return policies and have lost touch in dealing with community and individuals. Members may have legitimate complaints, however a person that CONSTANTLY has complaints may not be who you want to deal with. A quick search of a member here may reveal multiple hits, tipping to a Karen, Richard or possibly a scammer.

    Post in this format:
    TW handle
    TW member number
    Last name
    State

This should be enough information to identify someone without stripping any conception of privacy.

No more than three or four sentences if you feel compelled to explain.
Stick to the facts, don't embellish. Never state their first name.

    Example:
    kArEn2WD
    59085
    Davis
    Colorado

kArEn2WD made a cosmetic complaint for a product that installs under the truck and is never seen, he stated he paid for something new and it "should be PERFECT!" After I responded that he did receive a new fully functioning part and I can't accept this back for such a reason, he made a claim to the credit card company he used to pay the PayPal invoice; Visa did a chargeback to PayPal, who sided with me but was helpless to the credit card company, circumventing PayPal's "buyer protection" and thus using PayPal as a medium to steal $300 in product from me as he never replied back to our PM or shipped the product back.

    Example 2:
    Richard09
    59085
    Davis
    NY

Package tracked delivered, Richard09 claimed a week later it was delivered to another address and started a claim with UPS.

Karens, Richards and scammers - I know this will be hard for you but SUCK IT UP BUTTTERCUP and move on, replying may lend credence to you being listed here in the first place- maybe you were right in the matter but handled it completely wrong.

    *** NOTE TO ALL ***
Any of us could be listed here so take each listing with a grain of salt

After using the product for a month decided to remove and inspect while doing other maintenance in the area, claimed he found excess grease forced past the seal. He complained that Koyo bearings never did this- Koyo are known to have very little grease, thus nothing to force pass the seals. Demanded refund, though no failure had taken place; he was afraid would throw an ABS light in the future as his previous bearings had done. Was not open to simply wiping the excess grease and keep using the bearings. Classic Richard treatment, unprovoked ALL CAPS and !
