Selling Open Box (New) Trifold Tonneau - Baltimore/DC Area

Hey all, I recently bought a trident trifold soft tonneau tonneau cover for my truck. In short, I put the tonneau on and realize it wouldn't be able to accommodate my mountain bike in its most folded up position, since I use a tailgate pad to transport it.

Essentially is a new product, I only took it out of the box to test fit it on my truck, and then once I realized it wouldn't work for me, I packed it all right back up.

Reason I'm asking any of you guys if you'd like to buy it is because the MFR. wants to take $95 out of refund for shipping/restocking which is total BS, so I'd rather ask some of you guys.

- Fits 2016-2023 Toyota Tacomas with 5' beds
- Modification may be required in order to fit trucks fitted with the factory rail-cleat attachment system (meaning plastic may need to be trimmed above rail to accommodate clamp. or notch grinded in the bottom of rail to accommodate clamp)
- Comes with all included hardware and instructions.
- Essentially new condition, was only taken out of box to test fit on truck then was repackaged.
- Asking $240, manufacturer's MSRP is $289

***I would consider shipping it, but UPS wants like $130 something, so it just isn't worth it, unless any of you are crazy enough to pay that haha.

I'm in a suburb north of Baltimore. Willing to drive 30-40 miles to meet anyone halfway as long as you are seriously interested. Ex: will meet between DC and Baltimore if you're in DC and are willing to meet halfway. You get the idea.

Yeah, I was cutting it close to the deadline and was worried no one would buy it. Well, I mean it was a Christmas gift and the idea was to return it and get a different one which I did, but I just have to pay for part of the new one.
