I bet it's closer to 3k for the wheels and tires 35s on 20s.... not cheap, each tire probably cost $350 bucks not including the wheel. then another 2-3 grand for the lift.. and whatever else is on the truck.

    is 38k high yes
if he can get 30 he's doing well.

He says its a 6 inch pro comp....I would not pay anywhere close to that money for a 09. you would be better returning it back to stock and sell the parts...GLWS though!

Contrary to what you might think, TW isn't a great place to list a custom truck like this.

Pretty much everyone here already has their truck, and values their labor at zero or less.

And we're all in active denial about the sum total of the cost of mods we've added to our trucks, partly because we don't like to think about it, and partly because we're aware that money's mostly gone, not to be recovered on the sale of the truck.

Then you get the drop-bracket haters.
Guys who value a 6" pro comp lift at a replacement cost of only a thou are higher on crack than they're accusing you of being.

But to help you out, you do want a more detailed description, and more detailed pics of all your add ons, for wherever you do put your ad.

Have you regeared and recalibrated your speedo? Those are "professional" touches that distinguish a rig as a complete turn key package and you should definitely point that out if you've done those.

And it doesn't hurt to ask high -- to a certain extent. But if someone's asking a third again (33%) more than I think something's worth, I won't even bother with an inquiry or offer, as I'll figure it's wasting their time and mine.

Hope this helps and good luck with sale.

As said before, a vehicle is not an investment. The aftermarket parts you put on a vehicle will, at best, slightly increase the value, and in some cases reduce the value. A better perspective would be that it makes the truck slightly more appealing to a potential buyer. I hope you bought the accessories for you truck because you wanted them, and I hope you've enjoyed them... but under most circumstances, a vehicle depreciates no matter what you do to it. All the above is IMHO, and GLWS.

Fuggit 4get, I say sell it for what you want to. List all your mods and sell the unique-ness of your build but do it on eBay, Auto Trader or Craigslist. Glws and if you wanna sell that exhaust for half of what you paid...hit me up :D

If he took it up there to sell, he'd pay the huge import duty.

I bought my 09 off road dc auto, with lift, wheels, and tires, with 22k miles for $28k. I know your trying to get as much as possible OP, but your high price is probably doing the opposite of what you want.. and driving people away. I'd say 30k is a good starting point. Your always gonna lose when you sell something.
