    sas with a 5.0 mustang engine....that's what me and my girlfriend's brother are currently working on for his tacoma :)

    SAS because it's well documented and many people have done it before you. If you fuck up, you have resources.

    6in lift in addition to your 3 is stupid on an IFS. 9in lift on SAS is sex.

    I don't know of anyone that has done a diesel swap, so you could be SOL if shit hits the fan and not be able to finish your project in time (how good would that make you look?)

    hmmm the only thing holdin me from a SAS is money, if i do the SAS i wanna add the lif air locker and regear while i have it apart, i will try to save up


    some one mentions a mustang 5.0 engine swap, how did that go?

    I say diesel swap. When I lived in Iceland most of the Tacoma's were diesel. I don't understand why they don't bring them to the states. I've alway wanted one. Oh yeah, they also were runnin 44's with a two inch lift:eek:. Seriously.

    I'm betting a SAS would cost in the same ballpark as a diesel conversion
