I have broken a sensor while moving accessories from an old engine to a new 3rz that I just rebuilt—problem is I have no idea what the sensor is/does. It’s located on the passenger side of the block just under the exhaust manifold in front of the oil cooler. Help!!!

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Do you have the broken part?

Looks like a oil sending unit or switch .
