I’m looking to get the trd pro grill for my 2018 Tacoma. But does the trd pro grill have the sensors too? Or will I have to disconnect them and not have the sensors?

You need two parts for the 2018. They are hard to find. One is the grill it self and the other is the sensor garnish. The 2017 won’t work (without modification) and the adaptive cruse control on the 2018.

I found my parts on EBay a while back.

You won’t get a Toyota pro grill unless you can get a vin and some even require registration and pictures for them to approve the sale of a pro grill

If you get lucky like me I was able to obtain one. On EBay. Scarce but you can find them from time to time. It’s where I got mine.

Can you sent me a link of the trd pro grills that will work for the 2018 models? Will a 2016-2018 grill work? Or do I need to find just a 2018 grill?

There is not a 2016-2018. There is is a 2016-2017 and a 2018. It’s not in EBay any at the moment. You need the 2 part numbers quoted. For 2018 you need 53141 garnish and pt228-35180 grill. The 2016-2017 grill is pt228-35170.

For an OEM grille, the part numbers txwhitacre posted is what you need for 2018, if you can get it.
If you get a 2016-2017, it will be the same grille and still fit, but without the hole for the garnish and more expensive @ the dealer.

Surely someone had bought the OEM garnish and managed to fit it to a $100 aftermarket pt228-35180 through some creative cutting and fastening.
