    Anybody down for a run in Big Bear on the 20th? I'm going for a snowboarding competition on the 19th and was thinking about staying the night and off roading the next morning. I know of a couple of trails out there and I know that there's much to explore. :D

    Yea. It's actually pretty cool. They take these big ice blocks that are formally used to make ice carvings and then shove those into a big ice grinder and blow is on the slopes.

    It's not that big of an area. It is fun though!

    Last year I got to drive my truck on the bunny slope because they ran out of room for parking.

    After the comp they show 2 new snowboarding movies that haven't been released yet. One is always Bear's movie of the year.
