If the truck is 4x4 one way to rule out the rear drive shaft is remove the rear driveshaft and drive the truck in 4wd. if the vibration is gone, the rear driveshaft (or diff... but doubt the diff) is the issue.

We did it at my work in 20 minutes from box to truck. It came out of the box with one flange at one end and one flange at the other. 8 bolts off and 8 bolts on.

if i were dealing with this at work. the next step is usually removing the rear drive shaft. assuming all the brakes and what not have been checked out. theres not many other things that can cause a vibration like youve got.

you have checked that nothing is dragging in the brake system correct? i see you already messed with tires and the such.

You can go well Over the speed limit safely. For a quick test it won’t hurt anything. Just avoid burnouts

If you believe it to be a angle issue you can drop the bearing using washers as spacers. But honestly at stock height, I doubt that’s the issue.

There was a TSB that had us replacing leaf springs due to angle issues, but the vibration was more of a take off vibration.

If that was the case all you’d need to do is pull the yoke out and line it back up.
