Definitely change the belt, it may look good but it is overdue and a broken belt can cause significant damage underhood. Keep the old one in the cab storage for emergencies. The pulleys might still be good if they aren't too loose... you don't want them to spin freely when you take off the belt, there should be a small amount of internal drag. The hoses could still be good as well -- check them carefully for bulges, cracks, other signs of aging. Modern materials (especially EPDM and rubber/silicone type materials) can last a very long time in use, depending. Toyota factory parts are good quality.

I changed belt one of the first things I did after buying at 196k miles. Definitely quieter engine, and could see it was time to change. Went with Bando belt.

More recently changed pullies, tensioner, thermostat, waterpump. Decided to replace hoses even though they seemed fine.

Just do it. Change the belt and hoses. It’s cheap. Because it’s cheap there is really no reason not to do both. Maybe the hoses will last another 100000 miles or maybe only 1000. When ever the hose blows I guarantee you’ll be in the middle of nowhere and wishing you spent a few $$ and changed them. Why take the chance. Just change them, you’ll have peace of mind and it won’t break the bank.
