My Brand New 2022 has a wobble that my mechanic at work pointed out to my attention. When I was recently at the dealer for oil change they looked at it and said it’s fine

My squeal got worse today and the gates replacement came in the mail. roller felt fine in my hand and rolled smoothly but the squeal is gone so this was the culprit.

Belt squeak came back after 10 miles. guessing its the belt now. Thats atleast my next course of action. Hard to believe 44k miles is as much as you get for quite operation out of the belt.

Mine started to squeak just recently too when it rains or its wet out. 99% sure its the belt but haven't changed it yet. At 49K.

I'll check my idlers too but since mine only does it in the wet pretty sure its the belt. There is a TSB for this with an updated belt but we're both not eligible for the free fix since we're over 36K.

At least it is relatively cheap and easy to fix. I’d take this over a few of the other problems we could have.

so far its not making any noises anymore. Im just going to have the belt on hand for when it starts squeaking again. i did go on some dirt roads weeks before the squeaking started so maybe the belt had more dirt in the grooves and caused it to slip a little.
