If he's paying for it, why not. If not tell him where to stick the battery!

All the iNerds are lined up outside the apple store to buy the newest iAmadork, it lets you do all the same things as your iPhone but it's bigger and more expensive.

    Working now a list
There have been a few defective batteries in the Tacoma, mine was one.

    It is covered under warranty.

Call Toyota and open a case if they give you a hard time.

If you buy your own upgrade to Northstar.

I had my 2013 serviced and the mechanic at the deaer told me the same thing that the capacity was low, but it started fine and never had it to seem weak, but i summarized that going on 4 years it probably was since 4-5 years seems to be about tops, they sold me the same group and it has a 7 yr warranty for 120.00 bucks, the part stores were more with less warranty so i got it, yours ought to be covered being a 2016

Mine was about to die as well, replaced with X2Power from Batteries Plus. Same as Northstar, branded for Batteries Plus. Right now you can order online for store pickup and get 10% off (about $30) and another $30 mail-in rebate through January so my 24F AGM retailing at $299 cost me $240 and carries a 5 year replacement warranty and gives me a bit of piece of mind!

May sound a bit weird, but if you are a AAA member price their replacement units/warranty.

A friend just got a nice deal for a good bit less than a DIY parts house unit, with a better warranty. I'd suspect they'd carry our size batteries.
