Can I pull up PAST service history of my car if the previous owner didn't track it through the website?

What's the best way to find the service history and whether or not certain TSBs have been done?

Call any dealership service dept, tell them you want to find out if all the "campaigns" have been done and give them your VIN. They can tell you right then and there if it has been done.

If it was serviced at a Toyota dealer, the service is most likely on their server.
Register NOW and work done will appear.

However... my wife's Rav4 threw a light and ran like crap about a month after we bought it.
Towed it to a dealer in San Bernardino since Carson was too far. They had it for 3 weeks, ended up losing one of the covers under the front of the engine and the clips that held the battery cover.
They "couldn't find the problem" and ended up just replacing the ECU.

Her O2 sensor replacement in 2005 from Carson Toyota appears but that ECU replacement does not.

The only thing that appears on my '08 Taco is the floor mat recall in April 2011 at a dealer in San Diego. I bought it in December.
