    The Unbannable just finished wet vaccing 40 gallons of water out of my parents basement that flooded the day after they left on vacation from the perimeter drains backing up due to the volume of the rain

    That sucks. I've been there. My In-laws had that happen a couple years back. Asked me to check the house after a good amount of rain and they weren't home. Go down to the basement and I'm standing in water. That's never a good feeling.

    We got 81mm in 24 hours the last storm most of it coming in about a 6 hour span

    It's in the 4Runner through HD radio and sourced from The Weather Channel. I work in Memphis, TN. but live near Oxford, Mississippi (~60 miles south of Memphis) so I don't get the HD radio or traffic & weather when I'm around the house.
