I love severe weather especially tornadoes! This was taken back in Dec when we had a bad ice storm!

Ice is the worst. Cool pics though. Looks like you had a good amount.

Dust Storm in Durango a couple weeks ago. Right after that the rain came and looked like it dumped a bucket of mud on top of my truck.

Colorado's weather is pretty crazy how quickly it changes. My uncle lives in Colorado. I'm sure I've told this story before. I was visiting when I was younger and it was July. We were on our way to go rafting and it started hailing. So much and so quick the snow plows came out. I'll never forget that. Blew my mind up.

Beautiful state though. Some of the most beautiful views and terrain there.

Awesome. IIRC we road a pretty sweet train in Durango.

Also bump. I know there's been some tornadoes around. If anyone wants to post up about them.

Yeah, that's the train. I was young but remember it being awesome.

    Thanks, I saw that thread.

I went on it a few years back, there was a rock slide right in front of the train so we were stranded up there for like 8 hours in the freezing cold rain.

We need rain BAD! lakes are low and in turn so are the rivers below dams = not good trout fishing= me no likely. could use a week of just steady and heavy rain. one lake is probably a good 25’ below average pool. would also help if it rained closer up to wise county VA where the Powell river starts.

That sucks. Heard of a lot of dry weather causing issues. That's a shame.

yeah. all the reservoirs around most of TN are low. norris lake being on of them that is the worst, and it’s part of the powell and clinch rivers. like i said it’s probably 20 to 30’ below normal pool levels, last year it was pretty high and was over flowing the flood gates at the top. they can’t run water to much i guess because it is so low. there is some pretty good trout fishing in the clinch river below the dam but they are just staying out in the deep “pools” need to get out with some waders. or it could just rain for a week i’d like that a lot since i love driving around in the rain.
