The tonga room. It's in the basement of a hotel and you may need reservations. Swans oyster bar if you enjoy oyster.
Check out twin peaks. Overlooks all of sf. If you are there during a giants game the prettiest ball stadium we have in Cali. Pier 19 usually a place to go for "tourist" there is plenty to do in sf though

Go across the Golden Gate Bridge, take the first exit off the bridge to see an amazing view of the bridge and the city.
Could go down hwy 1 to half moon bay/Pacifica area the beaches/coast down there is pretty nice

Do all the touristy stuff; Alcatraz, Pier39, Jerimiah O'Brien, Chinatown, Union Square... Then, when you want to see some beauty, head over the GG Bridge and pop down to Muir Woods and the lighthouse. When your sick of touristy crap, head down to Half Moon Bay and soak your toes in the cold version of the Pacific Ocean...

    Aloha

get out of the city head north. Check out Pt. Reyes lighthouse, the elk reservation, go up to Bodega Bay and enjoy some good sea food.

Whatever you do, don't miss the Blonde Room on the Hugga Logga Strip! Also, you simply must stay up late one night and visit the Squeelin' Weasel Bath House. I've heard that the Gerbil Shots are to die for at Sissy Mister. Finally, when you're ready to tuck yourselve's in for the night, call room service and order a San Francisco Treat! With a raspberry on top! It'll hurt so good! Don't forget to take plenty of pictures! Seriously though, SF is a beautiful city. Very historic. You'll enjoy your visit.

    Too few to list.
I was just there earlier this month. Take a ferry from Golden Gate to Sausalito. Skip Alcatraz, the tour is booked months in advance. Also while in the city, check out Grace Cathedral. Huge gothic architecture.
