shackle question

    King 10" coilovers w/ resi. 3.5" over long travel kit. Factory spindles w/ ALLPRO gussets. Total Chaos tower gussets. Energy Poly cab mounts and steering rack mounts. Glassworks fenders and bedsides. Home fabbed bed cage. King 2.5x16 bypass shocks in the rear. DMZ long travel rear end. Race radio (2meter). Removed secondary carbon air filter. Exhaust dumped before the axle / no muffler. Phram fresh air cabin filter. K&N replacement filter, After market stereo, Grillcraft grill, custom fabled roof rack with 7" HID's, PRP race seats.
    Have an 08 pre-runner and upon tinkering with the rear leaf springs the other day I noticed that the shackle doesn't freely move on the leaf when the bolt is torqued. How freely are the shackles suppose to move? If I have the leaf spring laying in front of me with the shackle bolted to it, should I be able to freely move it? It's pretty much impossible. New bushings needed?

    Electric Dynolock tailgate, TrailGear Slides, , 285/75-16 Yoko Geolanders on Wheelers Type B, SAW 2.0 front and back, Camburg b/j UCA, 1.5" AAL, Ubolt flip, ARB bump.
    It shouldn't necessarily move freely by hand... much greater force applied from your truck.

    If you want to check that they ARE moving then go flex out the rear on a rock or a berm or something and make sure they are rotating.
