Your front end shimmy came immediately after the lift? The tires are the culprit? Yes, please keep us posted. I am really curious if the road force balance solves your problem.

At what speed do you begin to notice the shake? Does it get worse as you speed up? What speed have you taken it to to verify the previous question?

The truck is level and we put the tires and wheels on the same time we did the lift. It shakes at all speeds but gets worse around 45 mph. I've had it up to 80 mph and it shakes bad.

Thanks for the info on the UCAs but we are going to try the least expensive things first.

Road force balance is a good start then. Try your factory wheels if you still have them. This would eliminate one variable.

Put on the stock wheels/tires and see what happens. Process of elimination. $.02

Unfortunately, I don't have the stock wheels/tires anymore. I have an appointment on Thursday to have the new Wheels/Tires road touch balanced. Going to start there first.

Sorry to hear you don't have your wheel/tires any longer but your experience with vibration issues after a lift should be a learning tool for those wanting to add a lift in conjunction with new wheels and tires, "keep your stock parts long enough to trouble shoot if needed" Good luck, hope your issues are resolved.

I had the road force balance done today on my tires. The back tires were so out of spec, they could not balance them. The place I brought it to today suggested I take the tires back to Walmart where I bought them. Walmart never heard of road force balance and said there was nothing they could do about the tires. However Walmart put the rear tires on the balancing machine and rebalanced them again. Well the vibration in my truck is about 75 % better.

Hopefully this is the last time you buy tires at this particular Walmart.
