    I80 in Sparks by the Nugget was basically designed to be a 1960s Soviet highway with ill-fitting concrete slabs laid down end to end. Your car/truck gets the washboard treatment driving through there.

    Usually it is tires when it comes to different road surfaces. I get a different road noise when i drive on these concrete grooved highways vs asphalt, but my access cab doesn't shake. Could be this concrete road itself.
