Shaking start up

    06 Tacoma SR5 v6 off-road
    I'm new to this forum stuff. But I have an 06 Tacoma 4.0 v6. On start up the engine is shaking very roughly. I have recently replaced the plugs and coil packs. My 02 sensor is throwing a code but then it will go off and other codes will show up. I cleaned my throttle body and MAFS. Any clues on what to do next?
