So I put some new Scs ray 10s and a set of falken wildpeak at3w. Love the set up. Today was the 3rd time balancing and rotating the tires at Toyota. The first 2 times was at a local discount tire store. My steering wheel is still vibrating after 50 mph. Anybody else with same set up has similar issues or knows what might be wrong cause I’ve been hating to drive my truck lately because of this.

Have them watch the tires as they are being balanced. You may have a bent rim or a out of round tire.

Nothing wrong with the Falkens...willing to bet one of the front brake rotors is warped from putting the wheels on with an impact wrench...check the run out on the rotors and you’ll see...

Did you buy them the end of last year?
I think they had a bad run...
It took one member 9 tires to get 4 round ones.

I just put some duratracs on my 18 and at certain speeds I’ll get a minor vibration in the wheel as well. Oem off-road wheels.

Here's something that I noticed when I installed BFG A/T KO2's on my aftermarket wheels. Discount Tire initially balanced them a certain way and the steering wheel shook badly, just like you're indicating. I took it back and the manager of the store came over to me (I got there before they opened the next morning) and he said, what's up cause he knew I was there the day before? I said, the steering wheel is shaking like crazy and he just took my keys. 20 minutes later he handed them back to me and said "it should be good to go". He balanced them using a different method (not road force) and he was right, it was perfect. The rear wheels/tires are balanced the old way and don't vibrate, but he said when I rotate, they would need to rebalance the rears to match the balancing method in the front. You can always take it to a place with Road Force, which can help. The other thing that could help is hub-centric rings, if the bores don't match up with the hub diameter. I ordered custom aluminum rings for my 15 Tacoma to match my wheels, so I knew that wasn't the issue.

I think it comes down to who's doing the balancing. That guy has always done me right.

That's all bullshit, although some may have defects they all have standards. Had same issue with a new set on my srt Cherokee when I had it. Took it back to Jeep, they did a pro grade alignment and tire balance and the are was fine. Dont let a shitty tire place do it.
