3" lift - 285/70/17 Toyo M/T E and I get between 17 and 19 in mixed driving. Depends on how much I drive outside my commute. UG says 18.4 AVG but thats a LOT of highway miles

I get awesome MPG for my lifted truck. My highway driving is at 65 MPH. My S/C helps too with the larger tires. The truck does not need to down shift as much. That helps with MPG. My city driving is good too. Once you learn to coast you will increase it greatly. Buy a Scangauge and program the throttle position in it and drive by watching that. I keep it at or below 20%,city and 25% on highway. People will get pissed off at you until they start throwing money my way to pay for my gas they can pass me.

05 DCLB 4X4 with 220k miles, fresh engine rebuild (head gaskets), 3" lift, 33"BF Goodrich tires and 20" wheels, i get 18MPG on a tank if i dont pull anything. No exaggerations whatsoever, thats my hand calculated mileage.

Currently doing an experiment where i put the stock 17's with whatever boring little tire back on, and i drove 85MPH for over 300 straight miles and got 19.6. I think if i drive normally to work and back and around town (not 85 constant) i would get 20-21. purty damn good if ya ask me!

Bought a 2017 Tacoma 4x4 Off-road and I was getting about 19 city and 21 hwy, which is a lot better than my lexus so that was sweet! unfortunately the savings were short live since I decided to lift the truck to make her look a bit more aggressive, now I am not so sure I made a financially savvy decision.
I now have a 3 inch lift, running boards, TRD intake, skid plate, on 17 inch TRD wheels and 33 inch Nitto A/T Tires and I'm getting about 13-16 hwy (varies depending on hills) and I'm getting about 15-17 city.
