Lovely truck, I would jump on it but I don't know how to drive an auto.

Bummer to see this man, this truck has had a memorable wheeling life...it would be hard to part with it if it were me. That said, whats wrong in owning two trucks? I plan to get a DD so my truck wont accumulate as many miles.

10-4 brother, she has taken me places I never would have imagined before I got into this. Bittersweet for sure. In a perfect world where money was no object, yes, 2 trucks would be the answer  Long term plans will be fullsize and trailer a trail rig that I can have more fun with. This truck is great, I want something more capable in the future for the trails though. This is an overlander rig, not a rock crawler

Ah I see the difference now Jimbo...that is true if you are going pretty hard to get the perfect crawler, then the taco will be limiting sooner or later. Found any platforms for the next trail rig or just need a fullsize at the moment?

Nah, no major plans at this point. short term goals are re-home OLAF, and get into a fullsize. Then begin looking.

Side note and free bump, have any pictures with the toolbox open? I'm debating switching from my big ugly bedrack to bars and would love to be able to run a small box up front like you are. Just curious how much room you have with the lid open.

no, but I will get some for sure. I picked that size box with the taller bed bars for RTT, so the lid does fully open.
