Getting a little sick of not having any covered space for my crap... it seems hard as hell to find a shell on FB or CL that fits a regular cab... seems like the ones I do find aren't very sporty and are aluminum meant for a work truck.

So, any suggestions as to what shells from other makes/models that may fit? Thanks

    Yep.
There are none. The reg cabs are specific, an access/double cab long bed shell will fit the bed but the cap will hit the 3rd brake light area, and they look off IMO since the cab lines area slightly different. Keep on the hunt, it will take some time.

You could look into a soft topper, or a tonneau cover depending on what your needs are.

I'm in the same boat. Been wanting a topper for mine as well. I acquired 1 for a '98 S10, but the front will need to be modded, too much of a foreward slant on it. But the dimensions LxW are close. I'd hate to cut the fiberglass and remold it, but I might do it.

I might have one but I'm not convinced it's for a regular cab.

I have a regular Tacoma cab camper on my access cab. I believe it is a Leer 100. Bought it used and changed the color to MGM.
    Where are you in NC?

Had an ARE MX on my 06 standard cab.. worked out well for my use. The shape of the standard cab topper where it meets the cab is different than the Access cab or double cab.

Debated whether to pull it off before selling it. Took a long time to find a used one in a matching color, although it was slightly faded.
