Sure does. It’s pretty nice for inflation (just set the pressure BEFORE you connect it to the tires :bananadead:).

Deflation is kinda slow or I’m impatient - probably the latter. I just disconnect the line and let it dump until I’m getting close. You can tell visually approximately or at least I can since I’ve done it so many times. The connect back up for fine tuning.

I also realized my 0-60 gauge is actually 0-160.. thanks Amazon.

Deflation is slower because we're going from 35psi out versus what is over a 100.

I do the same but have overshot a bit. Still, 15pai to 18psi is NBD. I generally target 20.

    Whew!

I got the grass cut. That should be it until it gets too tall to cut in the spring.

I think I did it about six times this year? Wayy too many. :D

I fixed the filler that came with the viair to have an air hose quick connect on the output side.

Also made a small single connection hose for pressurizing the waterport (just need the haltec air chuck to show up).

When did fuses stop coming with a little container?

Ahh! That is the proper way with the female connection and being able to daisy chain.

    Those clamps look killer. :D

It has been ages since they came in a slide box, but I can't remember the last time that I had to swap a fuse.

I have OCD about that also, which was a reason that I didn't like the early gen digi gauges that only reported 0.5psi increments. And, also why I only fill cold tires at home. I might need help.

I like to have spares just in case. Luckily I'm a hoarder and had three empty slide boxes in my parts drawers.:D

My impulsive buy 400p got here today. As I lost about 7 psi per tire, I had to test it. The hose is damn annoying but I love the auto shutoff. The smitty is still good and I find the hose less annoying but if I had to do it over again, which I kinda did, I'd go 400p.

Now having filled four tires to close levels (front is 31, rest are 30) I see the attractive shine of this dual inflator system.

30 psi is the right amount, correct? That's what's on the door placard. I was around 34-35 in warm weather.

Go with what feels and wears right, which is 35psi for me. 29 or 30 was squishy as fuck.

@Shellshock 's inflator will make it wonderful.

I’ve got 265/70/17, the ticket when they were installed said 29 psi, I didn’t even check, my truck is showing they are at 39. Gonna drop them to 35 and go from there to see how it feels. Wish I had a special inflator setup to get them perfectly equal the first time., serves me right for not getting this setup put together yet :anonymous:

Well the original parts that I ordered on 10/15, shipped 10/16, and sat in a UPS facility ever since then - just showed up. Amazon already said it was lost and refunded me, so now I need to figure out how to return it.

In the past, we have had times where they have either said to just keep the stuff or do a free return. Either way, they do make it easy.

Sounds like you’ve got a free spare inflator!

I wouldn't mind having one that stays in the garage rather than packed away in the truck.

So true! Digging in the storage case for the kit is a bit annoying. That and a front / rear which harness would complete the dream.
