    sounds like a deadly sheriff I cant remember where it is but I read somewhere that in other countries there dont have jails, they have these same farms where they have to support them selves by raising animals and growing food.

    Sounds like a great guy if all you are concerned with it immigration issues. If you are worried about your murder rate, i'd move:

    According to statistics from the FBI and MCSO, in 2004, when Arpaio was re-elected for the fourth time and County Attorney Andrew Thomas was first elected, there were 6,971 serious crimes in the county’s unincorporated areas where Arapio’s deputies patrol and Thomas prosecutes.
    By 2008, the number of serious crimes had jumped to 10,168. Many question Arpaio’s ways, including his lack of cooperation with other police agencies and excessive spending of tax dollars. In the last ten years, the sheriff has received an extra billion dollars from taxpayers in the form of a special tax and millions more in handouts from the Arizona legislature. Yet county crime is still out of control.

May not always agree with how he gets things done, but you know what....It seems like he is the only one trying to actually do something about immigration or just crime in general.
