    Hey Phil, looking great!

The black aux (+12V) wire is to run a small battery charger or some other small load on the trailer when you're underway.
You might be able to run a small fridge, but check the current draw of the load and the circuit capacity first.

I don't plan to run anything other than the tail lights off the trailer, so do I just not run that wire from the box?
    Thanks Maner
    Thanks Josh
It was a big step for me

Hey Phil, You are correct, just don't run that wire from the box if you don't need it.

I bit the bullet. I went to the dealer and ordered the 6 bumper bolts for $18.02. I couldn't find them locally at any store.

I tried HD, Lowe's, Ace Hardware, and a local bolt and screw store. No one had them in stock. Trust me, I tried

I want a rack so I can get an annex. I figure since the trailer can sit, an annex would be a plus. I'm pretty much sold on the tough stuff tent.

Put it on risers. Then you can lower when not setup and get that center of gravity down + less wind resistance behind the truck.

Still could, just make it bolt into the bed bolts. Stronger that way anyway and won't spread your bedsides.

I have a decked in my truck, so it'll have to mount on the rail system. I'll put the same bed stiffeners on the camp trailer as I did my truck.
