Ebay is going to be your best bet. I'm not sure but I don't think Toyota has a part number for only the cover of the shift assembly...regardless Ebay has a bunch.

    Possibly this: 35971-04050.

There is a post about that part here: LINK

And removal: How to replace your automatic shifter indicator lamp

And Toyota says, "The Position Indicator Housing Upper (#35971-04050) is a critical Drive-Chassis part within the Shift Lever & Retainer system of a Toyota vehicle. This particular component primarily functions to cover and protect the position indicator, which displays the gear position of the vehicle. Over time, the Position Indicator Housing Upper can become worn, damaged or even break, potentially leading to a malfunction in the display of gear position. Replacing this part with a genuine Toyota component not only maintains compatibility with your vehicle, but is also supported by Toyota's genuine parts warranty. Failure to replace a damaged Position Indicator Housing Upper can lead to confusion regarding the gear your vehicle is in, posing a potential safety risk."
