    Hello,

I have looked through numerous threads and cannot seem to find anything that fits my issue exactly. For the 1995 -2004 Tacomas there were just two parts, the "Shift Lever Seat Sub-Assembly" - (3350535020) and "Bush" - (3354831010). Kits can be found for around $20 https://www.autozone.com/drivetrain...ission-shift-lever-bushing-924-258/558984_0_0 but it says they do not fit my vehicle.

According to Toyota, my part# for the same "Shift Lever Seat Sub-Assembly" - (335050K010) is $51.23, https://parts.toyota.com/p/SEAT-SUB...31/335050K010.html?clickSource=relatedProduct however they do not sell the shift lever ball bushing by itself for my 2008 Base 4x4 single cab 2.7 4cyl. They only sell the entire "Shift Lever Assembly" - (3353004060) for $218. https://parts.toyota.com/p/Toyota_2...HIFT-FOR-FLOOR-SHIFT/63264768/3353004060.html As you can see, the bushing is just attached and sold as part of this assembly. I have the URD Short Shifter installed where I re-used the nylon bushing that was already there, however there is still a little slop in the shifter. Does anybody know what bushings will fit over the shifter ball and if there is any cheaper aftermarket seat seals out there? Best OEM prices I found was https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/oem...&filter=(1=2TRFE;6=5F;7=RCB;0=TRN220L-TRMDKA)

    and https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/oem...er_train_chassis/shift_lever_retainer,,33530F

Someone else had mentioned these: https://www.marlincrawler.com/transmission/shifter-parts/heavy-duty-seats
    and these https://www.marlincrawler.com/transmission/shifter-parts/heavy-duty-sockets

    Appreciate any help in advance!

That looks like the exact bushing I need and It does say for 5 speed 2005-2017 perfect, thanks! Now as for the Seat Seal, should I just go OEM with that one or can you recommend that one as well? I can't understand why the part for my truck (33505-0K010) is $37 and the same part for older truck (33505-35020) is $13.

How are these not the same parts, LOL?

edit: Although, it does not mention the R155F, which I believe is the 4x4 version and what I have. I saw one of these on LC as well, but it also mentions for 2wd. But for $10 its worth a try I think. I am running this short throw, so if anyone knows the size of this ball or if that fits. https://urdusa.com/urd-short-throw-shifter-2-7-tacoma-0539/

I have no idea what the difference is, but every where I looked says the 2 are different.
    Neither one supersedes the other.

I've got the Marlin in mine, IIRC, the white one- I just called to order and told them which truck I had. Works fine.

I just have an interesting year. I am trying out the ones from Core Shifter as TnShooter suggested. I will post an update when I try them out.

Seems to be a great fit! Toyota seems to be trying to make some more money on these parts. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
