Marlin crawler sells the best replacement shifter seat and socket imo.

All mine get replaced with Marlin Crawler all though they won`t fix a worn bearing problem

The ones in the Transmission that allow things to move enough to Jump out of gear.

One would always go for the cheap easy fix as really worn shifter bushing will allow the shifter to jump out of gear.

Hence the It won`t fix worn bearings !!

It doesn't pop out of gear it has the same symptoms of my last Toyota with worn shifter seat and socket. I just wanted to know if there was a better option over dealer replacements

Thanks. That's what I was wondering. I replaced mine and it took out all the "slop". I asked that because my 1st gear occasionally will slip out of gear. It's also not so smooth going from neutral to first gear but that's the only gears I have issues with.

I replaced my good condition OEM shifter bushing/seat with the Marlin Crawler ones and it made a noticeable difference
