Shifter light out, bad fuse possibly?

I was my own issue unfortunately lol.

I now know I popped the fuse when I used my DMM to test for voltage at the socket. My meter leads were too large for the ting socket and I shorted the leads across the terminals by mistake.

So all in all, for a $1 bulb and $1 fuse and about 5 mins of time I now all finished.
