Does anyone else with the 6 sp manual hear noise from the shift lever? When in 6th gear, my shifter rattles a little. It makes this noise and it irritates me a little. I think the rubber end cap may need replacing or the whole lever. Isn't it a 2 piece shifter mated together with some sort of rubber connection?

Does anyone know a part # for the shifter? I tried to find one on the camelback parts website but couldn't, also tried many other toyota parts sites but can not find the shift lever.
