I have a 5 speed manual transmission. It has never shifted smoothly and clunks shifting into 2 gear. Would changing to a synthetic transmission help?

I have a 2011, 4 cyl. 4x4. It is mainly up shifting to 2nd. The dealer of course said it just fine. Yah right!

Some guys have reported switching over to Red Line fluid helps.
