happens no matter the speed or gear but is most noticeable at slow speeds and breaking medium to hard

My bets on the torque converters flex lock up control.
Try decelerating while in S3 to confirm.

I have this too.... on my 2017 2WD sport. No lift - stock suspension. Kind of feels like super knobby tires from about 30MPH down to zero. I've complained about it several times and get the 'It's normal' speech from the dealer. I also suspect it is a driveline problem... my next stop was to take it to a driveline shop.

Is it sort of like a hopping sensation? If so, my 2nd gen does this, I have everything tried under the sun as far a drive shaft solutions go and never found a solution. I also have a 1 piece drive shaft at the moment.

    Something else I thought of...

    Neutral decouples the torque converter.
It still might be pinion dive.
It's not the angle though, it's the length of your drive shaft(too short for the 3" lift) pulling on the drivetrain.

This post confirms his was too short.

Update, been a long time since I posted on this thread but I have been working on no time to explore it.
when I am braking and coming to a stop the vibration is very obvious. If I take it out of gear and put in neutral, smooth
as glass and no vibration at all
