    Hey guys,

After reading I cant seem to decide whether to install a 3 degree axle shim when I put the lift on or not. Im installing 5100s with 888 coils and an icon AAL with the overload in so itll be about 2" in the rear. I have a DCLB and don't see much people commenting about vibrations with the long bed....(already did the ECGS bushing)

Any help from DCLB guys would be awesome

    Hey man. Heres my experience
    DCLB
At the time of install of my HD dakars I switched out the center pins with longer ones and an extra collar. This allowed me to easily loosen the ubolts later down the road if I experience vibes, and slide the slotted shims right in. Got the center pin and collar from headstrong and it was a cheap yet wise decision because I did indeed get vibes, and going this route saved alot of work. Since then, no vibes, no issues.
    Hope this helps
    Good luck

Damn wish I would have came across this earlier. I have half a mind to just throw my 3 degrees in when I do it....i don’t think it could hurt anything?

No you probably need it anyways. Between those and that ecgs bushing it should drive smooth

Got it all installed last night and rode it around. Everything seems good so far! The shims I ordered ended up being that kit, I thought it was only the shims! I did end up putting them in. Thanks man!
