@Hawforne I used chem guys sealant for the first time this year and I think it works.
I use a colored carnuba wax to fill marks then syn wax over that. The scratchs have shown back up so my guess is the syn and carnuba are gone but it cleans and dries looking like it was just waxed.
I did clay and machine buff before using the sealer. I'm sold on it, by the way damm nice ride man!! she looks awesome! Lol just assumed it's a she. My 08 with 150k+

Works great. Removes swirl marks, surface scratches (like inside your door handle for instance, where your fingers may scratch the paint), and it is a hydrophobic sealant so the water does not stick. Also, it makes waxing it right after super easy.
Goes on like wax, comes off a helluva lot easier!

O.K. It's more then likely been discussed elsewhere, but if I wanted to do a good polishing and shine on her before Winter gets here, what should I use? I'm not too sure about the whole "clay bar" thing, but any suggestions would be appreciated. I can't wash her here at the house due to only having well water with LOTS of minerals in it, so, I'd have to run her through a car wash, then come home to do the shine. Any ideas?

If you want a very clean look and winter ready... without buffing or any of the super polishing... I really do suggest using the clay bar. They clay bar is going to remove any of the impurities that have been embedded in your paint, so with a nice polish it'll shine like brand new.
My suggestion is taking all your materials to the car wash with you, so when you come out you can work on it right there.
    Simple Winter Prep:
    1) You need to de-grease first... sounds harsh, but I went ahead and used some dish soap in a foam cannon to remove the old wax on the truck. In your case, do a very thorough clean the first time to get rid of that surface layer.
    2) Buy a clay bar kit, I used Mother California Gold clay bar kit, works amazingly *shows in my earlier post* Clay barring is very simple. Use the Instant Detailer (or soapy water as a lubricant) that they provide in the kit. Spray a nice 2ft x 2ft area, mold the clay out flat to fit your hand and then start rubbing back and forth. I promise that it will not scratch or ruin the truck. I was skeptical at first too. Just spray more lubricant if the clay feels like it is going to stick. Do this until they area your are working on feels smooth and you can't see or feel anything embedded in your paint anymore. Then just wipe off excess instant detailer with a microfiber towel.
    3) Now you need to seal the paint. I used Meguiar's Synthetic Sealant 2.0 for my truck. Goes on like wax. Leave to dry for about 10-15 minutes, then polish off with a microfiber. This will remove swirl marks and any surface scratches or blemishes. This stuff is amazing!
    4) Finally and nice wax. I used Meguiar's Gold Class wax, goes on smooth, comes off smooth and doesn't take long to dry. Just polish off with a mircofiber.

That's a very basic winter prep if you don't have a lot of time or room to work with. There is much more you could do, but I promise you will notice and huge difference and cleaning it is a lot easier. Here are the photos of my work. Criticize how you'd like, I love how it turned out and I am always looking for better ways to maintain the look.

    Hopefully this helps!
