Got a buyer for my air dam and I gotta get it to him but not sure if I wanna spend a lot of money at the fedex or ups getting a box so anyone have a better way of shipping it out. I don't mind spending the money on the actual shipping its the box that I don't wanna spend a lot on.

Get some boxes and packing tape, and make one. It's not like it's going to break in transit.

You think they would let me ship it just bubble wrapped?

Fed Ex should. We get boat parts shipped from the factory to our dealership and sometimes they are just wrapped in foam wrap and shrink wrap.

I second making a box. Get some large boxes and cut them and tape together to make a fitted "box". Pack with bubble wrap or paper.

Yes, probably. I get ATV tires shipped with nothing but heavy cellophane wrapped on them.

When I worked for the BLM they got tires shipped by USPS with only a shipping label stuck to them. Pretty hard to break a tire, the only problem is them rolling away.

A bunch of bubble wrap and lots of tape usually is okay but if something heavy falls on it in the right place, it could still crack.

Swing by a nearby body shop and ask if they have a box they will be recycling. It may not be an air dam box, but you may find one close in size.
