it may not specifically say map lights as the fuse could be tied to something else as well...such as your A/C or your horn or something

you cant mess this up...seriously...toyota should have even included a fuse puller in the underhood fuse box (though a pair of needle nose pliars will do the trick)

do you know what a blown fuse looks like?

PLEASE do not go to the dealer for this...they will charge you an arm and a leg to replace a .10 fuse that should take you about 5 minutes total

ok...previously we talked you into being able to swap coilovers but your dad said no...but he wants you to do this...he knows how easy of a fix it is

this cannot get screw up any worse i promise

once we figure out which fuse you need to replace...its as easy as plugging in a power cord to the wall outlet...seriously

we just have to figure out which fuse you popped

take a good clear picture of the fuse block diagram (should be on the door of the fuse block)

You can't miss a blown fuse. It should be discolored compared to the other ones. Usually it has a burnt look, like black or brown. If you TAKE YOUR TIME and look you will find it. PLEASE don't go to the dealer....total waste of money.

when you look thru the fuse....the little line thru it will be separated. and it will have a bit of a blackish color to it.

When you hold the fuse up to the light, the little metal tab running through it will be broken in two and possibly a burn mark.

ok theres the diagram for you....

try the gauge one first i would think.....

It will sat 7.5 right on the fuse and will be next to one that says 15

just keep trying till you find a blown one.....
How will you know you ask?
If there is a thin wire connecting the 2 prongs, it's fine.....
If the wire is broken, it's blown
