depends on which one you blew...they have to match...both physical and amp size...theyre color coded tho...so if you blew a dark red one...then replace it with such...and the amp rating is stamped on each one...easy as pie

So are your map lights still out along with your overhead light? If they are working along with the radio but your clock is not reading out right it may be that you did something to the clock in all this. I know in my 2005 that when I loose power to my clock, the radio goes along with all the cabin lights.

You have to look at the door you pulled off. it has a diagram of the panel on the back.

Its probably just a popped fuse, but I would definitely be suspect of that LED dome you have, it sounds like its shorted. Take it out.

Go buy a volt meter and learn how to use it. If you're smart enough to be modding your truck, you're smart enough to learn how to fix it when you screw it up.

Well alright, i decide to go out with a flash light and get on the ground and start at them fuses, after pulling out the cab fuses i decide to take a look at the engine bay box and there i saw a fuse that read dome and i pulled it out and saw that the fuse didnt look burnt out but didnt look normal so i did not have an extra 7.5 fuse and decide to put it in and when i did the map lights shot on and i put in my old dome light and everything works great now and the clock is bad to normal, thanks guys for the help!!

glad to hear you fixed it, but your ass shoulda gone to pepboys or kragen and bought a kit to check all fuses. its a little plastic peice with metal rods and a led light on it. you just go through all fuses one by one till you find the one that doesnt light up. trucks should really be taken to dealerships for strange noises lol.
