Looks good Ryan! I say leave it sans hoops for now. See if that grows on you. I likes that look a lot on your truck.

So how easy was it (1-10)? I've been debating getting their DIY rear bumper kit for a while now.

Bahahaha thanks man!!! I'm gonna make my own center hoop and then I will see how I like it. If I still feel like it needs something more, then I'll add headlight hoops

What are you using to cut? Do you have a plasma or using something like a portaband?

If I'm cutting shapes in plate I will use my plasma cutter. But if I'm making cuts on tube or flat bar then I'm using my abrasive chop saw (wanting to upgrade to a dry saw for cleaner cuts and less mess)

I'll be getting one of these eventually:
    http://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-Deep-Cut-Band-Saw-AC-with-Case-6232-21/203261029
Hot Rod had an article where they showed how to mount it in a vise and add a piece of plate to make a table top band saw.

I have a lot to buy and the space is quickly becoming available in our warehouse so I just need to prioritize.

I'm using a chop saw right now, like Ryan is. The sparks and extra mess are just a paint to deal with. I actually melted a hole in one of my 5 gallon water jugs from using the saw too close (6 feet away). The portable band saw would be awesome. I've been drooling over it for some time.

    Company warehouse.
We are a union installation company that builds office cubicles and floor to ceiling glass/tile walls.
We work with Kaiser, Fox Studios, Netflix, Google, NBC, etc. Our bandsaws are mainly used for cutting still support kickers when installing walls.

Hahaha I welded on a set of sliders this morning for someone and now I'm going with my daughter to watch my wife ride her horse. Then I'll probably try to weld the whole thing up after we get back
