@Shmellmopwho, what rear springs do you have? Heard anything about the Wheelers HD's? Sorry for the off topic question.

I've heard good things about them. I think for most people looking for a "Expo" type leaf pack, OME Dakars (which I have) or All Pro expos are the way to go.

Do your Dakars squeak like crazy? I'm just worried about the Expos having a 4" lift when it's unloaded

Don't really notice a crazy squeak. I hit them with some white lithium grease every once in a while and they're great. Great ride and great weight capacity. Yeah that's why I didn't go with AP expos. Didn't wanna have a ton of rake

Late to comment on this thread though I've been a fan of your build for a long time... Nice job! Thanks for the inspiration!

If you cut the glass around the snorkel what's holding the snorkel up? Haha

I cut a piece of sheet metal inside and stuff he snorkel tube in that spot and drilled s couple holes and wrapped it with a hose clamp. The snorkel body is tucked in behind the glass and then the neck is still attached to the A Pillar. Feels just as sturdy as before.

Hey bro, suuuuper busy right now. It would be a little while before I was able to help! I'm sorry!

Let me give you more things to do and make you busier!

Here's a good project for you:

    IMG_2068.jpg

I'll trade my dirt bike for this trailer and trade you the trailer for sliders for my Taco, then we can weld a space ship Wallace & Grommet style to get us to the Moon where we can harvest cheese or go skiing or whatever it is that we want to do, make friends with this guy:
